State
Level
Intercollegiate Literary Extravaganza,
LIT-HIT
’13, [The Sixteenth Synergy], organized by the English
Literary Association of the
Department of English, Bishop Heber College,
Tiruchirappalli, for the students of English Literature, to be held
on
5 and 6 March, 2013. We desire your student’s participation in the various competitions to be held on these
days.
The thematic
area for the Presentation is on Scintillating Short Stories with reference to the
following writers:
Edgar Allan Poe Leo
Tolstoy
R.K. Narayanan Guy
De Maupassant
Somerset Maugham H.H.
Munro (Saki)
Flannery
O’Conner Henry
Lawson
O. Henry Margaret
Laurence
The programme
schedule along with the guidelines is enclosed. Kindly
fill in the response
sheet and mail it on or before 28 February, 2013.
A Registration Fee of Rs. 100/- will be collected
from each participant on 5th March, 2013
for Paper Presentation.
A Registration Fee of Rs. 100/- will be collected
from each participant on 6th March, 2013
for the Competitions.
Lunch and refreshment will be provided on the second day. We look forward
to your participation.
Note:
Students’ paper presentation will not be considered for total points.
